Good morning, I'd like to call the Public Utility Board meeting for the city of Denton on Monday, September 15th, 2025 to order. I'd like to welcome everybody here. This is the regular meeting. Are there any presentations for members of the public? No. All right. Before we start the consent agenda, I'd like to say congratulations to the Denton's marketing and communications team for scoring big with three savvy awards and a silver circle award during the annual city county communications and marketing association conference last week. Congratulations to Billy Matthews and his team. They do our little grind and they go get to have the fun stuff afterwards, I guess. Moving on to item number two, which is the consent agenda. Would any member like to pull either A or B? I'll pause and let you think about that, okay. All right. If not, would anyone like, I would like to entertain a motion. So moved. For approval. Moving on to item B, which is management reports. Mr. Prentice. Mr. Chair, members of the board, we do have a memo that was provided to you from the water department and Stephen Gaze here and Matt's here as well. If you have any questions regarding the memo, I'm happy to jump up here and answer any questions that you may have. On our two matrix for future agenda items and new business items, we don't have anything pending and that's all I have. Again, unless you have a question about the memo that was provided to you.
