09 and this meeting has been duly posted and we have a qu orum present. The only item we have on our agenda tonight for work session is to receive a report or to get clarification of agenda items for what is on our agenda tonight. Unfortunately both of the items that we have on our agenda, one of which has been withdrawn and then the second item is going to be continued so we are not going to receive a report on either one of these two items tonight and with that I'm going to close our work session at 6 10. We'll come back at 6 30 and open our meeting for the public this evening. Thank you. Good evening and welcome to the City of Denton June 22nd Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. This meeting has been duly posted and we have a quorum present and I'm going to call our meeting to order at this time. Our first order of business will be to stand and give the pledge the US and the Texas flag. On the Texas flag, I pledge allegiance to the Texas, one state, under God, one indivisible. We'll move us to our second item tonight which is going to be public hearings. The first item that we have which is AFR 16-0004. This item has been withdrawn so we will not open nor close a public hearing. We'll move us to our next item which will be DCA 16-001 and I'm going to open that item for public hearing and I'm going to go ahead and make a motion that that item is to be continued to July the 27th. Chair would entertain a second. Commissioner Dudowitz. I second the motion. Okay we have a first and a second. I'll call for a vote on the board. Motion carries 7-0 and that will take us to our third item which is concluding items. Anyone have any items for us to put on our matrix or to want to bring before this Commission at another time?
