we divide responsibilities related to our 00:12:34.440 --> 00:12:39.760 economic development efforts and that partnership actually began in 1986 and 00:12:39.760 --> 00:12:44.120 that was the first version of the agreement and it's changed over time 00:12:44.120 --> 00:12:48.600 currently and the city provides funds for the administration of the chamber's 00:12:48.600 --> 00:12:52.680 Office of Economic Development and the primary responsibilities include the 00:12:52.680 --> 00:12:56.480 prospect generation activities marketing activities in support of the Small 00:12:56.480 --> 00:13:00.720 Business Development Center over the past few years the city and the chamber 00:13:00.720 --> 00:13:05.000 have worked together to improve the agreement and clarify roles and define 00:13:05.000 --> 00:13:11.000 responsibilities so this year the plan changed a little bit because we were 00:13:11.000 --> 00:13:14.800 going through the strategic planning process so throughout the
