Welcome everybody to this meeting of a special called emergency meeting of the Denton City Council on Tuesday, June the 2nd, 2020, it is 1207 p.m. And so we have a quorum, everybody's present, so I will call the meeting to order. And our first item and only item on this agenda is to now convene in closed session at 1208, deliberating, excuse me, regarding security under Texas Government Code Section 551.089 and consultation with attorneys under Texas Government Code Section 551.071. So at this time we will go into closed session. Are we aware of, Aaron, are all the people that are on are the only ones that are on, is that, who verifies that? I'm looking at participants. Okay, it looks like those are the only ones we've got staff, I believe that's the chief, we got DTV, virtual host. Yes, no one other than who's authorized to be here is on. Okay, all right.
