Good afternoon. This is the Wednesday, July 8, 2026 meeting of the Sustainability Framework Advisory Committee. At this point, we're waiting to see if we are going to have a quorum today. So we'll give it about five minutes and see if we have a qu orum and can proceed with the meeting. Thank you.
