>> Good morning. Welcome to this meeting of the Denton City Council. The time is 8.02 a.m. We have a quorum, so I'll call this meeting to order. The City Council will now at 8.02 a.m. convene in a closed meeting to deliberate the closed meeting items set forth on the agenda, which includes the following. Item A, ID 26-0937, consultation with attorneys under Texas Government Code, section 551.071, regarding State of Texas versus City of Denton at all. City Council has now at 8.41 a.m. reconvene from the closed session. The City Council has given direction to sign a Rule 11 agreement, and that will become public if signed and made final. Thank you. At 8.41 a.m., we will call this meeting concluded.
