Do we need to convene and then tell everyone we have adjourned for lack of quorum? I think the chair can just announce, or acting chair, you can just announce that we don't have quorum. Yeah. Okay. Well, the bylaws require six of us to be here for quorum and we're at five. So unfortunately, are we at the maximum time to wait for quorum to work? Well, if it's 15 minutes, I'd say yes, it's 547, it looks like. Okay. I believe that. Do one of us go pick her up? She feels terrible and she did kind of work out, that's what she just called me and said, "I thought I would be able to do it," and then they dilated my eyes and she said, "There's just no way," and she forgot to call. Yeah. She just said her apologies very much. Okay. When will we be able to have this meeting soon? Thank you. That's my wife. You can have a special call. That's kind of- Yeah. Well, since we're not at quorum and it doesn't look, and since member Blair is effectively, no, I mean, he is still part of the board, but not very much for staying in blindness so I think we're going to have to reconvene for another day to, I guess, in order to have our meeting. It looks like apologies. Maybe, Julie, we could send out a poll maybe to see if we can do a special call before the end of April because the regular meeting is not until April 27th, so. Would the group be amenable to potentially a special call meeting? Yeah. I mean, I'm available pretty much. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Special call, would you be available to do that? Yeah. It depends on the day. Okay. As long as it's not the second Monday, second Monday of the month, I can do anything. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. We can get one posted. We could even have one as soon as next week if we could get it posted. Yeah. I would like to do as soon as possible. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, would you like a strong pulse sent out or like, what would be the means of figuring out the dates that we're going to do? Well, we would have to post by Wednesday if we wanted it to be. So, are we all good with doing it as soon as possible? Are you guys all available? We'll just say that. Do you have to wait like a week, seven days? Does it have to have like a seven-day posting? Yeah. It has to have four days and it doesn't count, or three, 72 hours and it no longer counts the weekend. Okay. So, we'd like to have it and really we like to get it posted by Tuesday at five if we're going to do it on Monday. If we want to do it on Tuesday, we can do it on Wednesday. I mean, we can post on Wednesday, but yeah. Weekends don't count anymore. I would say, yeah, you probably need to check the availability of the sixth one and then send something out for the board. So, is everyone available next Monday? Yeah, I am. Okay. We'll have to confirm that we have a room and everything. And I don't think that would be a problem. I just worry more about Kate. Kate? Kate, yes. Because she is having, that's what she said, she was having her eyes done, she was having surgery. So, the sooner I'm sure the better. They've not scheduled it yet, so. Okay. I wasn't sure. And do we know when Jennifer's going to be back? She's out of the country, I think. Too many? Right. Okay. For a while, I know that. I'm not entirely sure. Okay. Well, I guess we'll try to figure out when she's getting surgery and then I guess we could try to schedule around that. Okay. Any Tuesday I'm good as well, if we have to do it on a Tuesday. Okay. Okay. All right. Well, thank you. I apologize. I'm so sorry. No worries. Thanks for everybody coming. Yeah, of course. Good luck. Yes.
