I don't have the keys to the war chest, but we can help assist. You know, we get questions all the time about, "I'm buying new equipment, I'm hiring new employees, how can you help?" We're trying the best we can to solve the problem. Yes? If companies talk about expanding, you know, they're currently here to another city, did they mention what the draw is to the other city and how much do the incentives play in? Yeah, I can tell you one mentioned that over half their employees had a dent in zip code and that they didn't want to leave because they have to restart their workforce. So it's very important to stay here with the existing workforce to be around. I've only had one that's ever talked about money. I get offered more money to move to another city. One out of a ton. I want to talk about white collar workforce. And I said, "I can drive you on campuses and I can show you white collar workforce. We have it here. We have a great pipeline here." So some people sometimes just want to be closer to Dallas or Fort Worth, but very rarely is it the city's offering money or some type of huge incentive package. You know, the speaker earlier talked about partnerships and how important they are economic development. So I very much appreciate the partnership that we as the city have with the Chamber and hope that we are working together hand in hand going the same direction. I have a question. How many businesses, I guess, work either consolidated or left the city? It's minimal. We've talked about this a little bit. You can count on one hand. It's not. And the ones that have left, like I said, have reasons why they've left. But yeah, there's more coming in than going out. All right. Thank you, Jamie. I'm going to the future agenda items. Currently, we have a project, Project Cloud, that has stated they're going to submit their incentive application in the next week. So we're hoping to take that to closed session City Council on March 24th, which we hope we will take it back to EDPB on April 8th. But if they don't submit it in time, then we'll probably have to push it. A few upcoming items that you need to be aware of. Here's one from our list. So this is a busy month. We have the EDP retreat the first day on March 23rd as a reminder. The second day on March 24th. On March 25th, we have the Stulls ribbon cutting starting at 11 a.m. Brian Hatley, the president, he's very excited to be in Texas. So we really appreciate your support attending that event. And a quorum has been posted in case we have a meeting quorum at that event. On March 26, the Mobility Summit with UNT will be held on Roe Pearson. We definitely want you to attend. So if you haven't registered, please do. On March 27th is Sarah Hensley, our city manager's going away party. If anyone's interested in attending, please let me know. We can help register you for that event. And then we also may have an announcement with a drone company. And so we'll let you know that's in the works right now. But we will send that to you as we find out. Does the board have any business to discuss or suggestions on what we should discuss in our next meeting? I'm going to film something out there that I wrote this morning. I think, Rick, you remind me more after Ali, but it was the whole drone taxi Texas launch. So Texas has been selected for programs starting in Houston to just taxi people on drones back and forth in the area and whatnot. I'll send you the article later. I just literally I was sitting here just reading about him. I was like, this is the kind of stuff that we should kind of know about it a little bit. So I'm going to get to the information or get to the information. You know way more than I do, but I just thought that's the kind of interesting infrastructure changes and market changes that Texas gets selected for. And we kind of hire and a hot streak. So we might as well. In the last third quarter, I think we had a utility update, you know, about, you know, where the utility expansions are. So maybe, you know, third quarter again, maybe think about that. Just kind of follow up, see how those projects are coming and what's new and what areas, and maybe if we bring some value of, you know, where we see development going and where the engineering part we should be thinking about until expansions, you know, later in the year.
