[WORK SESSION] WANTED TO UPDATE EVERYONE THAT WILL BE EXTREMELY BRIEF TODAY WE HAD TO PUSH THE ITEMS BUT FOR THE CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS, SO WE'LL PUSH THOSE, BUT THAT DOES TAKE US TO THE FIRST PORTION. PARDON ME. WE HAD TO PUSH THE ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE CONSENT AGENDA IF I SAID THAT WRONG. SO WE'LL ONLY TAKE UP CONSENT AGENDA TODAY. DO WANT TO BRIEFLY SAY THANK YOU TO I WANT TO JUST BEGIN TO HIGHLIGHT THINGS, AND SO TWO SECONDS OR LESS, AARON, THERE AT GOLDEN TRIANGLE MALL SHOPPING CENTER HELPED THE COMMUNITY THEATER, AND I APPRECIATE THEM GIVING THAT EXTRA SPACE AND NOT CHARGING THEM FOR THE OLD MOVIE THEATER. I DIDN'T QUITE UNDERSTAND IT. THAT'S NOT ANYTHING ABOUT STAFF. IT'S ABOUT ME NOT UNDERSTANDING. IT SIMPLY JUST IS THAT $250,000, IS THAT BEING FUNDED BY THOSE ARP? WHAT ARE THEY CALLED?
