Good afternoon, and welcome to a special called meeting of the City of Denton's Planning and
Zoning Commission.
This is Wednesday, July 6th.
With a quorum present, I will call us to order at 5 p.m.
First item on our agenda is the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. and Texas flags.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for
which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
I pledge allegiance to the Texas flag, I pledge allegiance to D, Texas, one state, under God,
one and indivisible.

With two items on the agenda today, items for individual consideration, I will call
2A, PP220011.

Julie Wyatt, Senior Planner with the City of Denton.
This is PP22-0011B.
This might look familiar to you.
This preliminary plat was approved with conditions at our June 22nd meeting.
Those conditions were related to a specific use permit, which was going to the City Council
on June 28th.
That SUP was approved by City Council, clearing the conditions related to the preliminary
plat.
So staff recommends approval of the plat.

This is FP22-0019.
This is the companion final plat to the preliminary plat.
It was also approved with conditions on the June 22nd meeting.
Those conditions have been cleared, one related to the civil engineering plans.
Those were approved on June 28th.
There were no changes needed to the final plat related to those civil engineering plans,
and then that specific use permit was also approved on the 28th.
