And good afternoon and welcome to this special call meeting of the Denton City Council. It is 12 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22nd. We do have a quorum, and so I'll call the meeting to order. We have one item on our agenda. It's a closed session meeting, and the number is ID 22220, deliberations regarding personnel matters under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 551.074, receive and report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction on filling the City Manager position and the recruitment process. So at 12, we will go into closed session areas, and we'll get started as soon as everyone is seated and in the meeting. Thanks.
