After determining that a quorum is present, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board of the
City of Denton, Texas, will convene in a Work Session on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in
the Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 414 W. Parkway, Denton, TX at which the following items
will be considered:
1. WORK SESSION
A. TIRZ17-001 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the 2016
Annual Report for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two.

Following the completion of the Work Session, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board will

NOTE: The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed
