good morning welcome to this special call meeting of the Denton City Council we today's session is is all going to be closed session but so it is eight o'clock pardon me we're at we're like it's 8 or 4 a.m. and today is the September 13th we do have a quorum and so we will call a meeting to order and then we will I'll take us in the closed session and so I will convene the closed session at 8 or 4 a.m. we will consider the following items deliberations regarding personnel matters under the Texas local government code section five five one dot zero seven four so staff will work to get us get everything situated but then I'll call the first item and our only item today item a ID two one one eight six two deliberation regarding personnel matters under Texas local government code section five five one dot zero seven four receive report hold a discussion and give staff direction on filling the city attorney position and recruitment process so with apologies Tiffany if we could bring you can give us a process or Joellen if you want to give us a process and then we'll get mr.
