After determining that a quorum is present, the Economic Development Partnership Board of the City
of Denton, Texas, will convene in a Work Session on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the
Board Room of the Denton Chamber of Commerce, 414 W. Parkway, Denton, Texas at which the
following items will be considered:
1. WORK SESSION
A. EDP16-025 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the proposed
FY 2016-17 budgets of the City’s Economic Development Division and the
Chamber’s Office of Economic Development.

B. EDP16-026 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding nomination of
