After determining that a quorum is present, the Economic Development Partnership Board of the City
of Denton, Texas, will convene in a Work Session on Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m. in the Public Safety
Training Facility, Conference Room A at City Hall East, 719 E. Hickory Street, Denton, Texas at which
the following items will be considered:
1. WORK SESSION
A. EDP16-019 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the Leadership Denton Class of
2016’s project and recommendations.
B. EDP16-016 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding an
amendment to Peterbilt Motors Company’s existing Tax Abatement Agreement.

Following the completion of the Work Session, the Economic Development Partnership Board will
convene in a Closed Meeting to consider specific items when these items are listed below under the
Closed Meeting section of this agenda. The Economic Development Partnership Board reserves the
