Good afternoon. I'd like to call the February 26th meeting of the Civil Service Commission to order at 332. First order of business is to introduce guests. I guess, Michael, I guess you're a guest. You're with us a lot, and that's nice, but just acknowledge that you're here. Public comments? None today, sir. None today? Okay. Next order of business is to approve the minutes of the January 18th meeting. Lillian, I don't know if you got a chance to look at them. I did look at them. We looked fine from what I learned there, so. I did look at them, but can I approve them if I wasn't there? You got to. We have no choice. Before you all approve them, I think there is one correction that is on there. Okay. If you look at the date for the meeting, it has February 24 rather than February 26th as we're having the meeting today rather than the 24th. So if you guys can include that in your motion to make that change to the minutes. Okay. I didn't notice that. Oh, it didn't get that far. So. I think we originally had it in the 24th. There's an interesting question. I think we originally had it scheduled for the 24th, so the minutes are probably correct even though the meeting had to be moved. But either way, I mean, that's a pick-up line. Yeah. Or if we can just reflect that. Okay. Lillian, I would entertain a motion that we move that without amendment to change the date. Okay, I'll second. Okay. All those approval of minutes, say aye. Aye. Opposed. Next order of business is to approve the position opportunity announcement for police recruit. It's in your minutes. I don't see anyone from police on. Is this a, this is a new one, isn't it? I mean, we haven't seen this. This is not an alteration of an existing one. This is a new one. This is a new one. That's correct. Yeah, this is fine with me. I like that. Okay, then we'll take a motion and we approve the POA. Okay, I'll make a motion that we approve the POA. Second. Any discussion? Nope. Okay. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Opposed. Next order of business is the police recruit list after the post, after the appeals. Again, I looked at that and it looked fine. So, I'm fine with it. Okay, I'll make a motion that we approve the police recruit. All right, I'll second that. Any discussion? Hearing none. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Opposed. Just definitely, just point of, point of order. Stephanie, we might want to make sure we got a policeman here next time. I will make certain that we have that. They're normally, they're supposed to present this. I mean, we can do it. It's not the, it's not the issue, but have there been questions about the certification list? None of us could have answered it, but them. So, they probably ought to have a representative when we're doing their stuff. So, all right. Okay, that's it. Next meeting. As of right now, it's scheduled for March 25th and we do have the room reserved for that day because we've, we're having to book out pretty far in advance in order to get the room, which I know we don't meet in person, but we do have to book the room so we have the right staff who can actually televise it for us. March 21st. 25th. Is that an appeal? Are we ready to start fire appeals? It's very likely we will have fire appeals, yes. All of them or? I won't know until we know how many appeals we're going to have the test for next week. Typically, you know, typically there are a number of fire driver appeals. The number of battalion, bat chief and captain are a little, are usually fewer. So, we, I'm just guessing we may want to do those in two meetings if we can. We'll look at that and see. So, one number when we get the numbers. So, okay. There's nothing else for the good of the order. Lily, you won't be with us for that meeting or will you? No, I won't. It's not fair. On the agenda, we're not doing the sergeants. Something that's already done. The post-appeal certifications. We just approved that. How was the, oh, I thought we were doing the, okay, the eligibility list. I'm talking about two different things. We did a POA and we did an eligibility list. Okay. Yeah, I just had a question on that one just because Anthony Cunningham, number nine, he didn't have anything. Did he just withdraw or? He did not test. Oh, didn't test. Okay. He did, he signed his intent form, but then he did not test. Okay. Yeah, I will, I won't see you guys for until hopefully September, but I'm just a phone call away, Dr. Ramsey. We may need you. Okay, if there's nothing else for the good of the order, I would entertain a motion to adjourn at 339. Okay, all motion that we adjourn. I'll second that. All in favor say aye. Aye. Anybody opposed? Okay, we are done. All right, thank you guys. Thank you. Good luck, Lillian. Thank you.
