Good afternoon and thank you for joining us. Today is January 25th, 2021. The time is 3.05 and this is a meeting for the Zoning Board of Adjustments. We do have a quorum, so I'd like to call this meeting to order. And the first item on our agenda is a Pledge of Allegiance to both the United States and the Texas flag.
