We opened with no public comments, so we dove straight into business. First up, we approved the minutes from the November 25, 2025 meeting (motion by Rick, second by Amy). Then we locked in the 2026 meeting schedule. Brittany Sotelo shared a handy update: to respect everyone's time, the board will cancel meetings if there are no voting items. Motion by Rick and second by Leo, and we were good to go.
✈️ Airport Master Plan: The Big Show
The heavy hitter of the morning was Ryan Adams, Airport Director, presenting the Denton Enterprise Airport Master Plan Update. This 18-month project by Kauffman Associates has just been approved by City Council, and Ryan walked us through what it means for the next 20 years.
