Specifically, this was regarding the minimum lot depth of 200 feet found in Denton Development Code Table 3.5-C. The subject property is located on the west side of Dakota Lane, about 195 feet south of Airport Road. There was a full packet of attachments for review, including staff analysis, site maps, surveys, and plats from 2010 and 2011.
The Atmosphere Now, here's a funny thing about the vibe in the room: for a significant stretch of the proceedings, the audio went completely silent.
